Support System

Hermano Pablo Ministries is supported entirely by the tax-deductible contributions of those who choose to partner with us in this great evangelistic effort. These donations underwrite the office and staff as well as the production, duplication, and shipping costs of the programs. All air time is donated by the radio or television stations, or by local believers who sponsor the programs. Newspapers and magazines donate space as well. If we had to pay commercial rates for air time alone for the more than 27,600 broadcasts per week, it would cost us approximately 91 million dollars a year.

The sole purpose of HERMANO PABLO MINISTRIES is to win the lost. Our focus is on presenting the gospel to those who have never before had an adequate witness. We do not hire fund-raising consultants, because we believe that God will supply our needs. We do not spend much money on promotional materials. The emphasis of our letters is to give testimonies of what God is doing, not to beg for money. In our programs we never make appeals for money; they are directed at non-Christians, so funding is never mentioned. Normally, the only resources we offer are preaching tapes from our own resource library. We do not spend money on expensive love gifts.

Some ministries report that they only carry a three-month surplus of funds to meet future expenditures. For us, the Lord provides daily. We trust Him to give us our daily bread, and somehow He does it day after day. We do not have any surplus. At times it is difficult to operate that way, for our faith is really challenged, but He is in control and will give us a surplus if and when He decides to. Until that time, we pray in the funds to pay the tape duplication and postage bills as well as salaries for our small staff and office expense.

We answer to a volunteer independent Board of Directors made up of well-known and respected Christian businessmen and leaders. They set salaries and approve our budget. We also have an independent accountant who submits the financial records for the Board's approval. Our records are open to any of our donors who would like to take a closer look at how funds are spent.

We trust that your guide for giving will be the Holy Spirit. We do not want to receive funds that God would have you send somewhere else or funds that belong to your local church. We will gladly provide you with answers to the questions that you have a right and an obligation to ask.

Sponsoring a Station

Some might be interested in subsidizing the programs that are sent to a particular radio or television station. There are still many new stations without sponsors.

If the Lord impresses you to do so, would you consider sponsoring one of our new stations? The cost is $50 per month per radio station, and $125 per month per television station. If you want to take on this project, just visit our I Want to Help page, and tell us which country you would like to influence with the Gospel. We are in every Spanish-speaking country, and we will find you a station in a country that needs a sponsor.

If you pray about it and decide to, or God leads you to underwrite our program on a station, we will send you a certificate of sponsorship. You can rest assured that we will never ask you for the funds. It will be only on your initiative that the pledge will be sent. All donations are tax deductible.

Thank you very much for considering this need. If you cannot sponsor a station, please pray that others will. By faith we have committed to sending the programs out each month. We know that God will supply the sponsors that are needed.
